Our repairer will make contact with you to arrange a convenient time to assess the damage. We can also provide a courtesy vehicle to keep you mobile.
If you have damaged a third party vehicle, we can arrange to contact them so that repair costs are controlled. To reduce hire charges, we are able to supply a courtesy vehicle as well.
If your damage was caused by a third party vehicle, we will organise the repairs directly with the third party insurer. This means you will not need to claim on your own policy or outlay your excess.
If your vehicle has caused damage to property, we have a national network of suppliers to assist us.
