We cater to both private motorists and company vehicle users, including those operating Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs).
For private motorists, we offer the Options helpline, a complimentary service where any motorist can contact us to seek clarification on any vehicle damage-related inquiries.
Options also includes a “third party damage” service, outlining the available options in the event of a third-party vehicle involvement in an accident.
For commercial fleet and company vehicle users, we provide the Onelink Fleet service. This service encompasses a First Notification of Loss (FNOL) facility, enabling incident details to be captured via telephone, Web Form, or mobile application. Early notification is paramount in reducing claims costs for commercial fleets. All incident details are centralised, allowing fleet clients to access further information and reports as necessary.
