You have access to a number of services if you have been involved in a non fault accident.

Definition of a Non Fault Accident

  • When your vehicle has been damaged by a negligent third party or third parties.
  • When the third party is insured and we have established who their insurers are.
  • When liability has been established and accepted by the third party insurer.

The Services we can arrange are;

  • Access to detailed information relating to the different options available to you following this type of incident.
  • Answer any questions you have.
  • Provide a point of contact to assist you until your claim is settled.
  • Arrange for the recovery of your vehicle if it can’t be driven following the accident.
  • Organise an estimate through one of our Repair Network or a repairer of your choice.
  • Arrange for the repair costs to be paid for by the third party insurer. 
  • Organise a replacement hire vehicle which will be paid for by the third party insurer.
